TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE FOR OLPOS.ID SERVICES Last updated: - By accessing and/or using OLPOS.id ("Platform"), you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this Platform. These services are provided by PT Sawarga Digital Indonesia.

B. General Provisions

The OLPOS.id Platform provides cloud-based business management services including:

  • Point of Sale (POS)
  • Stock and inventory management
  • Transaction and purchase management
  • Financial and accounting management
  • Employee management
  • Business reports
  • Marketplace integration
  • Other features developed from time to time

1. Account Registration

Users must register and create an account to access OLPOS.id services.

Users guarantee that the information provided during registration is true, accurate, and current.

Each account is personal and cannot be transferred without OLPOS.id's consent.

Users are fully responsible for account security including username and password.

2. Use of Service

Users agree to use the Platform in accordance with:

  • The provisions in these Terms and Conditions
  • Applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Principles of good faith and fairness in transactions

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, technology, and materials within the OLPOS.id Platform are protected by intellectual property rights owned by PT Sawarga Digital Indonesia.

Users are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or pirate
  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes

4. Service Fees

OLPOS.id provides services through a subscription model. Fees and subscription terms will be communicated through the pricing page or other official documents.

OLPOS.id reserves the right to change the fee structure with prior notice to users.

5. Limitation of Liability

OLPOS.id is not liable for:

  • Losses arising from Platform use beyond Our control
  • Service disruptions due to force majeure
  • Losses due to user negligence in maintaining account security
  • Data loss due to user failure to perform backups

6. Service Limitations

OLPOS.id has the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate access of users who violate terms
  • Perform system maintenance that may cause temporary disruptions
  • Change, add, or remove service features with notice

7. Termination

Users may stop using the service at any time.

OLPOS.id may terminate user access in case of serious violations of these Terms and Conditions.

After termination, users will no longer be able to access data and services on the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

Any disputes arising will first be resolved through deliberation, and if not resolved, will be settled in the competent courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

9. Changes to Terms

OLPOS.id reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

Changes will be notified through the Platform or official communication channels.

Users who continue using the Platform after changes are deemed to accept the changes.

C. Additional Terms for Specific Services

The following additional terms apply to specific features and services within the OLPOS.id Platform:

1. POS (Point of Sale) Service

The POS feature is used to process sales transactions directly.

Users are responsible for the accuracy of entered transaction data.

Transaction data will be recorded and used for business reporting purposes.

2. Stock and Inventory Management

The inventory management feature allows users to manage goods inventory.

Users are responsible for conducting periodic stock opname.

OLPOS.id is not responsible for discrepancies between stock data and physical condition.

3. Financial Management

The financial management feature records cash flow and financial transactions.

Generated financial reports are informational and do not constitute audited financial statements.

4. Employee Management

The employee management feature records employee data and access rights.

Users are responsible for complying with applicable labor regulations.

5. Business Reports

The reporting feature provides analysis and summaries of business data.

Report data is sourced from data entered by users.

6. Marketplace Integration

Marketplace integration is an additional feature that connects the Platform with third-party e-commerce platforms.

Availability and functionality of integration depend on the policies of the third-party platform.

7. Google Drive and Google OAuth Integration

The Google integration feature allows users to connect their Google account for:

File upload and storage via Google Drive Login authentication using Google OAuth

Users can revoke integration access at any time through Google Account settings.

9. Data Security

OLPOS.id implements technical and administrative security measures to protect user data.

Users are recommended to:

  • Use strong passwords
  • Not share account credentials
  • Log out after using the Platform

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from Platform use will first be resolved through deliberation.

If no agreement is reached, the parties agree to settle the matter at the Sumedang District Court.

11. QRIS Payment and Withdrawal Policy (Sadigit Pay)

This section governs the use of the Sadigit Pay payment system, including QRIS payments, escrow fund holding, balance management, and fund withdrawals.

A. Payment Methods

Platform provides payment via QRIS Sadigit Pay through Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, e-wallet, QRIS-enabled payment apps, and other available channels. Payment is only considered valid when made through the Platform's official system.

Payment statuses include:

• Pending Payment — Order created, payment not yet received

• Paid — Payment received and verified

• Failed — Payment could not be processed

• Expired — Order auto-cancelled if payment is not made within the specified time

B. Escrow Fund Holding System

To secure transactions, Platform applies an escrow system:

• Payments are not forwarded directly to the Seller

• Funds enter Held status after successful payment

• Funds are only processed after the Buyer confirms order receipt

• Platform may hold funds during verification or dispute resolution

C. Sadigit Pay Balance

Seller has an internal e-wallet (Sadigit Pay Balance) consisting of:

• Held Funds — Funds not yet eligible for withdrawal

• Processed Funds — Funds being verified or in withdrawal process

• Available Funds — Funds eligible for withdrawal

D. Fund Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal: Rp100,000 (after fees).

Withdrawal to non-Bank BJB accounts incurs an admin fee of Rp6,500 per transaction.

Estimated disbursement: 1–3 business days. Weekends and national holidays are excluded.

E. QRIS Fee (MDR)

Transactions over Rp500,000 are subject to an MDR fee of 0.3% of the transaction value, or as per applicable regulations. MDR changes from regulators or payment providers will adjust automatically.

F. Refund and Cancellation

Refunds may be issued in cases of cancelled orders, unavailable products, failed transactions, disputes ruled in Buyer's favor, or system errors.
