C. Google Drive and Google OAuth Integration

OLPOS.id may provide integration features with Google services through Google OAuth and the Google Drive API to support file storage and user document upload features. This integration is performed only with the user's consent through Google's official authentication process.

1. Data Collected

When users connect their Google account to OLPOS.id, the system may collect and process certain information required for integration, including but not limited to:

  • User name
  • User email
  • File metadata uploaded via Google Drive integration
  • Google account information used for integration
  • Authentication and account connection information required to operate the service

Such information is used only to operate Google Drive integration features and manage user accounts.

2. Use of Google Drive

OLPOS.id uses the Google Drive API to allow users to upload and store files via their own Google Drive account.

Specifically:

  • The application requests access to Google Drive to store user-uploaded files
  • File uploads are performed via the Google Drive API
  • Uploaded files are not permanently stored on OLPOS.id application servers except when temporarily required for upload processing or technical processing
  • File ownership remains with the user
  • OLPOS.id only uses the access required to run uploads and manage files according to the features used by the user

Google Drive integration is optional and only active if the user chooses to connect their Google account.

3. Google Access Scopes

OLPOS.id uses limited Google OAuth access permissions (scopes) according to service needs, including:

  • Upload user files to Google Drive
  • Manage files created or selected through the application
  • Associate files with the user account

OLPOS.id only requests the permissions necessary to perform service functions.

We do not permanently store Google access tokens on the application server.
